About Paola Rosen
Born and raised in Cali, Colombia, Paola became aware of the profound importance of real estate at a young age.
Her childhood home was host to frequent, large family gatherings. And those were mostly full of love. She also has lots of great memories from those get-togethers. But importantly, Paola felt and observed the profound connection between a home and a person’s (and family’s) well-being, comfort, and happiness. That understanding serves as additional motivation for Paola to help her clients buy and sell real estate.
From an early age, Paola was surrounded by several great real estate mentors. Her grandfather and uncle owned numerous investment properties and her father was a very active and successful civil engineer. Even as a child, Paola always tuned in when real estate issues were regularly discussed.
Paola came to the United States as a teenager. She graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. And of course, she also studied real estate. In addition to these fields, Paola has also worked in insurance, and while working for the Yamaha Corporation, Paola gained valuable experience in international transactions.
This background, along with Paola’s own inherent personality strengths gives her unique insight in negotiations, service, and attention to detail. She is not afraid to ask tough questions to best serve her clients. And she has a knack for knowing just how far to push in negotiations. She is not satisfied unless she is sure her clients are getting an outstanding deal.
Paola is friendly and empathetic, and has an outstanding work ethic. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing piano, painting, traveling, exercising and spending time with her family.
