About Cindy Orlinsky

What do gourmet chocolate, resort revival, and disability claims have in common? Success for Cindy Orlinsky, a serial entrepreneur and business dynamo. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, broker, attorney/and MBA with a track record of success, Orlinsky was one of 12 executives who redeveloped Fontainebleau Resort to the tune of $1 billion, directing business growth and development for properties in Las Vegas, Dubai and Miami Beach. After being wooed to join Alters, Boldt, Brown Rash and Culmo PA, as executive vice president, she created a strategy to turn the Miami-based law firm into a legal powerhouse. Before that, she grew luxury brand Kron Chocolatier into a celebrity favorite, and most recently, she founded Disability Claims Clinic, which has helped more than 3,500 individuals apply for and obtain Social Security Disability Insurance.

A familiar face in the community, she is easy to find, as she loves to be involved with local organizations and charities. She works with her child’s charter school, raises money for the Teacher Appreciation Week, and is involved with her son’s football program, which is sponsored by the NFL. In addition, she works with JAFCO (Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options), sits on many boards, and is involved in an outreach community for underprivileged children in Overtown, Miami.

Looking towards the future, Cindy plans to remain active in local organizations and continue expanding her business. One goal she has is to keep working efficiently, getting her client’s tasks for real estate acquisition and sales done quickly and smoothly. Her end goal is always her client’s satisfaction. “I aim to match buyers with what I know is something that will enhance their lifestyle. They want value, not just real estate.”

About Jennifer Wollmann

Jennifer Wollmann moved to Miami twenty-seven years ago from the San Francisco Bay area and fell in love with South Florida. Her excitement and enthusiasm about life in South Florida translates into her real estate practice.

She has been a licensed Realtor for close to 20 years and is known in the community as the “go-to” person for real estate, local events and activities, and school and legislative information. As an active volunteer and ardent advocate she is up to date on legislative issues, enabling her to bring additional perspective to the real estate transaction.

In addition to being the 2019 President for the Commercial Board of Miami Realtors, the largest Realtor Association in the United States with over 47,000 members, Jennifer was appointed to the Village of Pinecrest Planning Board and the Village's Transportation Master Plan Steering Committee. She previously served on the Miami Dade County Public School’s Site Selection, Planning, and Construction Committee, the Florida Realtor Association’s Smart Growth Committee, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Environment and Education committees, and the Grievance Committee for the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.

Jennifer believes communication is key to any relationship and carries that through with her real estate practice. She uses the latest technology and a personal touch to keep her customers informed during every step of the transaction.

Her background in business and environmental science help her focus on the practical side of real estate while keeping in touch with the emotional aspect of buying or selling a home or investment property.
