About Cindy Orlinsky

What do gourmet chocolate, resort revival, and disability claims have in common? Success for Cindy Orlinsky, a serial entrepreneur and business dynamo. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, broker, attorney/and MBA with a track record of success, Orlinsky assisted in redeveloping Fontainebleau Resort, assisting with business growth and development for properties in Las Vegas and Miami Beach. After being wooed to join Alters, Boldt, Brown Rash and Culmo PA, as executive vice president, she created a strategy to turn the Miami-based law firm into a legal powerhouse. Before that, she grew luxury brand Kron Chocolatier into a celebrity favorite, and most recently, she founded Disability Claims Clinic, which has helped more than 3,500 individuals apply for and obtain Social Security Disability Insurance.

A familiar face in the community, she is easy to find, as she loves to be involved with local organizations and charities. She works with her child’s charter school, raises money for the Teacher Appreciation Week, and is involved with her son’s football program, which is sponsored by the NFL. In addition, she works with JAFCO (Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options), sits on many boards, and is involved in an outreach community for underprivileged children in Overtown, Miami.

Looking towards the future, Cindy plans to remain active in local organizations and continue expanding her business. One goal she has is to keep working efficiently, getting her client’s tasks for real estate acquisition and sales done quickly and smoothly. Her end goal is always her client’s satisfaction. “I aim to match buyers with what I know is something that will enhance their lifestyle. They want value, not just real estate.”

About Alegna Rodriguez

Originally from Salem Massachusetts, Alegna Rodriguez grew up in the northeast and at age 16, she relocated to Pembroke Pines, Florida. After high school, Alegna attended Florida International University.

Alegna considers herself a quick study who loves to learn new things. She also enjoys interacting with people. “Follow up and follow through are high on my list of priorities. Being proactive in any transaction means my customer gets a home or achieves a home sale.”

“When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better, too,” stated Alegna as she quoted one of her favorite authors, Paulo Coelho. “I embrace the Real Estate arena because I enjoy listening more than talking with people, especially when they share what they are looking for in their dream home. “

Alegna is fascinated by all the different properties that she previews – the layouts, the locations and certainly the décor. Of particular interest is how a home is transformed when it has been remodeled.

Having been a manager in a retail setting, Alegna enjoyed making people feel confident with what they purchased. “Unlike retail sales, a home is a big-ticket item. The satisfaction I receive matching buyers to sellers is even more enjoyable!”

When Alegna is not pouring herself over the MLS system, she loves to travel. Her visits to Portugal, Germany and Cape Town, South Africa is a great memory. Travel has broadened her understanding of different cultures. Alegna also enjoys maintaining her health by roller blading and skiing. She has also been known to host gatherings for friends and family.

Call Alegna today before you make your next move! She’s ready to listen.

About Paola Rosen

Born and raised in Cali, Colombia, Paola became aware of the profound importance of real estate at a young age.

Her childhood home was host to frequent, large family gatherings. And those were mostly full of love. She also has lots of great memories from those get-togethers. But importantly, Paola felt and observed the profound connection between a home and a person’s (and family’s) well-being, comfort, and happiness. That understanding serves as additional motivation for Paola to help her clients buy and sell real estate.

From an early age, Paola was surrounded by several great real estate mentors. Her grandfather and uncle owned numerous investment properties and her father was a very active and successful civil engineer. Even as a child, Paola always tuned in when real estate issues were regularly discussed.

Paola came to the United States as a teenager. She graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. And of course, she also studied real estate. In addition to these fields, Paola has also worked in insurance, and while working for the Yamaha Corporation, Paola gained valuable experience in international transactions.

This background, along with Paola’s own inherent personality strengths gives her unique insight in negotiations, service, and attention to detail. She is not afraid to ask tough questions to best serve her clients. And she has a knack for knowing just how far to push in negotiations. She is not satisfied unless she is sure her clients are getting an outstanding deal.

Paola is friendly and empathetic, and has an outstanding work ethic. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing piano, painting, traveling, exercising and spending time with her family.
