About Cindy Orlinsky
What do gourmet chocolate, resort revival, and disability claims have in common? Success for Cindy Orlinsky, a serial entrepreneur and business dynamo. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, broker, attorney/and MBA with a track record of success, Orlinsky was one of 12 executives who redeveloped Fontainebleau Resort to the tune of $1 billion, directing business growth and development for properties in Las Vegas, Dubai and Miami Beach. After being wooed to join Alters, Boldt, Brown Rash and Culmo PA, as executive vice president, she created a strategy to turn the Miami-based law firm into a legal powerhouse. Before that, she grew luxury brand Kron Chocolatier into a celebrity favorite, and most recently, she founded Disability Claims Clinic, which has helped more than 3,500 individuals apply for and obtain Social Security Disability Insurance.
A familiar face in the community, she is easy to find, as she loves to be involved with local organizations and charities. She works with her child’s charter school, raises money for the Teacher Appreciation Week, and is involved with her son’s football program, which is sponsored by the NFL. In addition, she works with JAFCO (Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options), sits on many boards, and is involved in an outreach community for underprivileged children in Overtown, Miami.
Looking towards the future, Cindy plans to remain active in local organizations and continue expanding her business. One goal she has is to keep working efficiently, getting her client’s tasks for real estate acquisition and sales done quickly and smoothly. Her end goal is always her client’s satisfaction. “I aim to match buyers with what I know is something that will enhance their lifestyle. They want value, not just real estate.”

About Sharon Beck
Sharon embodies the term “Live with passion” as is evidenced by both her professional and personal life.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Sharon watched as her parents built a successful chain of jewelry stores in downtown Miami and New York City’s diamond district. Taking the skills she learned, she founded KPC, a luxury concierge company, over 20 years ago with one objective: to cater to every whim of her high-net-worth clients.
"I learned early on, to never say no. Anything is attainable, for the right price. It just takes time, patience and a great attitude”
Accustomed to providing first class service to her discerning clients; Sharon's stellar reputation, integrity and strictest discretion, led to her business expanding ten fold - strictly through client referrals. Those same clients then turned to Sharon, when seeking to buy investment property, luxury homes or a commercial building. She cultivated those trusting connections, by never letting clients down.
In addition to founding KPC, Sharon has purchased and sold multiple businesses, including two restaurants in Miami.
The negotiation skills she perfected brokering these transactions, led to her success in closing some challenging real estate deals. Her business and sales experience has made her passionate about redefining real estate, by offering the same superior level of service and highly personalized boutique-style experience she honed with KPC to her real estate clientele.
In addition to her work-hard attitude, Sharon loves to play-hard and enjoys all the amenities South Florida has to offer. From boating, to nightlife and everything in between, she personifies Miami while still managing to juggle her family life.
Sharon's commitment to the philosophies of integrity, honesty and professionalism is evident in all aspects of her life. She is dedicated to both her clients and her community, donating a portion of every closed transaction to charitable organizations.
