I got lucky to meet Eduardo through my loan originator.  In this seller’s market, he was able to make and act on his recommendations quickly.  Furthermore, he is a solid negotiator with seller agents.  In my case, he successfully extended the closing date after being in contract.  Again, very happy with Eduardo and I recommend him.
